Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and be returned within 30 days of delivery date. We understand that you may have tested it and that’s acceptable, but if half of a 25 pound bag is missing, then you will not receive a refund. Make sure the grout has been resealed in the original packaging so it doesn’t leak out, spilled material is unusable and non-refundable. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for our standard colors and a 25% restocking fee will be charged for any item that has Custom in the title since they are made to order.
Any specialty matched color cannot be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or some of it is missing for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, some refunds take 1-15 days depending on your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs Grout360 incurs will be deducted from your refund if you return a product due to any reason other than defective material.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
NOTICE OF LIMITED WARRANTY: Grout 360, LLC., having its headquarters located at 108 Azalea Farms Rd., Social Circle, GA 30025, warrants its product to be of merchantable quality when used or applied in accordance with the instructions. The product is not warranted as suitable for any purpose or use other than the purpose for which it is intended as described in the instructions. Grout 360, LLC is not responsible for shade lots of the finish materials. Proof of product purchase is required with any claim. Liability under this warranty, if found to be defective, is LIMITED to the replacement of the product (as purchased) for the area that is determined as defective, or at Grout 360, LLC.’s, option, the refund of the purchase price. This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the purchase of the product and is non-transferable. In the event of a claim under this warranty, notice must be given to Grout 360, LLC., at its headquarters by sending a letter to: Grout 360, LLC., a/s Warranties, P O Box 1342, Social Circle, GA. THIS WARRANTY IS ISSUED AND ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
